A new resource for the automotive sector<\/h2>\r\n \r\n

\u2018Steer\u2019<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0comes in response to a survey of independent garages and franchise dealer workshops undertaken by The Motor Ombudsman towards the end of 2024, which looked at the challenges faced by businesses in the service and repair sector.<\/p>\n

The research found that increasing pressures on the mental and physical health of industry people due to rising bills and the cost of living, was a primary concern for nearly half (49%) of vehicle repairers, when it came to their workforce.<\/p>\n

These findings have been echoed in Ben\u2019s latest\u00a0Annual Health and Wellbeing survey\u00a0<\/a>which revealed that stress (57%), poor sleep (52%) and anxiety (44%) are the top three health and wellbeing issues for today\u2019s automotive employees.<\/p>\n \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n\r\n
