Formed in 1857 by engineer Alexander Wilson, Vauxhall initially produced marine engines for pleasure craft on the Thames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vauxhall has been manufacturing vehicles in the UK continuously since 1903 & currently has the UK\u2019s only Electric only production facility at Ellesmere Port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vauxhall continues to innovate and produce new cars packed full of technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years it has produced a number of vehicles which have become household names including Astra, Mokka & Corsa, currently the UK\u2019s best selling small car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vauxhall pride themselves in ensuring the latest automotive technology is available to all and striving to deliver the freedom of personal mobility to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In recent years they have been a leader in ensuring the accessibility of electric mobility. The New Vauxhall Frontera, for example, was the first car ever launched in the UK offering list price parity between its Petrol & Electric versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vauxhall has also recently announced the launch of its All-Electric performance sub-Brand; GSE, which will pick up where VXR left off in the 2010\u2019s as a sub-Brand designed to bring performance cars to the mass market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
