More information about these can be found <span style=\"color: #00a9e0\"><strong><a style=\"color: #00a9e0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.motability.co.uk\/how-it-works\/allowances\/\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p>As the Scheme provides the vehicle under a lease contract, you never own the vehicle or have a direct contract with the seller (i.e. the dealership).<\/p>\n\n<p>If you have paid for your vehicle to be serviced or repaired by a <strong><span style=\"color: #00a9e0\"><a style=\"color: #00a9e0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.themotorombudsman.org\/garage-finder\">Motor Ombudsman-accredited business<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, and there are issues with the <strong><span style=\"color: #00a9e0\"><a style=\"color: #00a9e0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.themotorombudsman.org\/knowledge-base\/what-should-i-do-if-im-unhappy-with-the-garages-work-on-my-car\">work<\/a><\/span><\/strong> or payment, these may be covered under our <strong><span style=\"color: #00a9e0\"><a style=\"color: #00a9e0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.themotorombudsman.org\/consumers\/our-codes-of-practice\/service-repair-code\">Service and Repair Code<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, and we may be able to assist with your dispute.<\/p>\n\n<p>If servicing and repairs are paid for by Motability, you will need to dispute the work or invoice directly under the lease with Motability.
