For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There have been delays with your complaint;<\/li>\n<li>You haven\u2019t been kept updated with progress; and<\/li>\n<li>Member(s) of staff have communicated with you inappropriately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re not satisfied with how we\u2019ve dealt with your case,\u00a0the first step is to let us know what\u2019s happened. It\u2019s helpful for us to have your concerns in writing, but we\u2019re also happy to discuss things over the phone.
