That means terms should not be ambiguous and you should be made aware of your obligations under the warranty \u2013 for example, whether you have to get the car serviced for the warranty to remain valid.<\/p>\n<p>If a claim has been declined, and you think this is because the policy terms are unclear, then you should first make the complaint to the warranty company giving your reasons for why you think it is misleading or unclear.
